INVESTORS- If you are an investor and would like additional information about any of our properties, our company, or would simply be interested in being on our mailing list, please fill out the information below. By agreeing to be on our internal mailing list, we will update you when new sale-leaseback opportunities are placed on the market and keep you apprised of any other pertinent information that our investment community may have an interest in.

BROKERS- We welcome the opportunity to work with the brokerage community on many of our company’s real estate needs. By filling out the information below, you will be placed within our internal brokerage database and our mailing list for future real estate opportunities. In the case of investment opportunities, please be advised that sales commissions are not built into the pricing of any of our sale-leaseback offerings and under no circumstances will fees be paid on deals that we do directly with our investor list. Accordingly, we would expect any/all brokers to seek compensation from the other buyers that they represent.
